Polymer cement (JS) waterproof coating

This product is a new type of waterproofing material that has emerged in recent years in developed countries such as Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea. It is a two-component water-based building waterproof coating made from building polymer emulsion and special cement as the main raw materials, with other additives. Therefore, it has “rigid and flexible” waterproofing characteristics.

After curing, forms a seamless, complete elastic waterproofing layer – improves the waterproof and anti-seepage performance of buildings, something roll membranes cannot achieve.
The cured film has high strength and good elongation – strong adaptability to substrate cracking or expansion.
Easy repair – only the damaged area needs local repair, still achieving original waterproofing performance.
The product has bright colors and can provide decorative effects. It has low requirements for substrate moisture content and can be applied on damp surfaces.

Precautions

If the coating (especially the primer) has sediment, stir evenly at all times.
Apply the coating as evenly as possible. Avoid localized buildup. Roll several times to eliminate air bubbles between the coating and the substrate, ensuring a tight bond.
Each coat must be applied at the specified rate. Do not apply too thick or too thin. If the final waterproofing layer thickness is insufficient, add one or more additional coats. The total number of coats shall not be less than three. Allow the previous coat to dry and become non-tacky before applying the next coat (typically 3–6 hours; longer drying time at lower temperature, higher humidity, or poor ventilation, and shorter under opposite conditions).
Do not apply at temperatures below 0°C or in the rain. Avoid applying in very humid and poorly ventilated environments, as this may affect film formation.
