Polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating (liquid membrane)
This product is a water-based, environmentally friendly waterproof coating produced through a scientific formula using petroleum bitumen as the base material, high-quality rubber as the modifier, natural nano-materials as fillers, and supplemented with polymers. It is non-toxic, odorless, and non-polluting. It can be cold-applied on damp substrates. The rubber polymer forms a network distribution within the coating system. After drying, the film offers excellent acid, alkali, and weather resistance. It forms a seamless, integral waterproofing layer on the substrate – simple and fast to apply.

Precautions
During application, fire prevention and ventilation measures must be taken. Firefighting equipment shall be provided. Applicators shall wear appropriate protective gear such as gloves and masks to prevent chemical poisoning. Protect the finished coating. During subsequent construction steps, care must be taken not to damage the waterproof film layer, so as not to affect waterproofing performance.
Application Method
Primer coat: Apply the coating material evenly on the substrate surface. Do notallow build-up or bare spots. Theapplication rate shall be approximately 0.2–0.3 kg/m² . After the primer coat has cured for at least 5 hours, proceed to the next step.
Waterproof coating application: Apply the coating material in multiple thin layers to ensure uniform thickness and reduce bubbles. The application rate per coat shall be approximately 0.4–0.5 kg/m², with a thickness of about 0.4–0.5 mm. After the first coat, allow it to cure for at least 5 hours until it is no longer tacky to the touch. Then apply the second coat in a perpendicular direction. At internal corners where the floor meets the wall, it is recommended to lay a non-woven fiber fabric reinforcement. Areas such as pipe bases, equipment foundations, floor drains, and both internal and external corners on the floor shall receive additional coats. The wall area within 30 cm above the floor shall also be coated. Apply 3 to 4 coats in these areas. For flat substrates, 2 to 3 coats are generally sufficient. According to national standards, a qualified waterproof coating film thickness shall not be less than 2 mm.
