SBS Elastomer/plastic modified Bitumen waterproofing membrane

SBS Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane is made using SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) thermoplastic elastomer-modified asphalt as the coating material. The carrier can be high-quality polyester mat, fiberglass mat, or glass-reinforced polyester mat. The surfacing materials include fine sand, mineral granules, PE film, and aluminum film. The membrane is produced through specialized mechanical mixing and milling.

Specifications

Carrier types: polyester (PY), fiberglass (G), and glass-reinforced polyester (PYG).
Upper surface release material: PE film, fine sand (S), or mineral granules (M). Lower surface release material: fine sand (S) or PE film.
Mechanical properties: Type I and Type II.
Standard width: 1000 mm.

Roofing waterproofing for industrial, commercial, and residential buildings.
Below-grade waterproofing and damp-proofing for industrial and residential buildings, including indoor swimming pools and fire water tanks.

Long-fiber polyester mat membranes:

Glass-reinforced polyester mat membranes:

Can be installed using mechanical fastening – safe and environmentally friendly.
Offers better dimensional stability.
